• Account: name, email, phone, country, city, password (stored hashed), and account type.
• Listings: car details, photos, location, and the contact methods you choose to show buyers.
• Messages: in-app conversations about listings.
• Payments: billing is handled by Stripe. We store references to payments and subscriptions, not your full card number.
• Usage: basic logs such as pages viewed, listing views, and support requests, so we can run and protect the service.

2. How we use it

We use your data to create your account, show listings, let buyers reach sellers, process paid features, send service emails (verification, password reset, listing status), prevent abuse, and improve ZULU.

3. Who sees it

Other users see what you put on a public listing or public profile (for example name, city, photos, and phone if you enable it). We do not sell your personal data. We share data with providers who help us run ZULU, such as hosting, email delivery, and Stripe, only as needed for those services.

4. How long we keep it

We keep account and listing data while your account is open and as long as we need it for legal, tax, or dispute reasons. You can ask us to close your account and delete data we are not required to keep.

5. Your choices

You can update profile details in your dashboard. You can ask us to correct or delete personal data by emailing support@zulucars.com. Some information must stay if the law requires it or if a listing or payment still needs a record.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No website is perfectly secure. Please use a strong password and do not share it.
