How do I buy a car?
Go to Shop, open a listing, then call, WhatsApp, or message the seller. ZULU does not sell the car — you deal with the seller directly.
How do I sell a car?
You need an account. Sign up or log in, then open Sell a car. Your first listing is free.
Why is my ad not showing on Shop?
It must be published (not a draft), and not expired, sold, or paused. If we asked for changes, edit the listing and post it again from Manage List after you log in.
Do I pay ZULU when I buy a car?
No. The price is between you and the seller. ZULU charges sellers only for extra listings, dealer plans, or optional promotions such as Boost.
I forgot my password
Use Forgot password on the login page. We’ll email a reset link to the address on your account.
